We allocate an hour and a half for each job (although we’ll probably finish in less than an hour) so we arrive on time. If for some unforseen reason our handyman is going to be late, we’ll let you know well in advance so you can reschedule if you wish to.

If we’re more than 30 minutes late, and we haven’t been in touch at least half an hour before the appointment, we’ll do it for free! We’ll give you a FULL REFUND, no questions asked.

Because we give you the flexibility of paying when you book, you can be sure it won’t cost you a cent more. The service includes all washers as part of the cost.

There’s no cash that needs to change hands or invoice to track when we turn up to do the work, plus you get a receipt for your records at the time of booking confirmation.
